Se présente bien, semble chaleureux. On semblait parler en bien de lui localement et j'étais enthousiaste à supporter un technologue local. Malheureusement, il accuse des retards, communique seulement lorsqu'on lui demande une mise à jour et par le fait même ne respecte pas son propre contrat qui exige de lui qu'il communique les délais et problèmes. Le temps d'attente attendue pour la complétion des plans architecturaux était de 4 à 6 semaines prévu dans le contrat. Les délais sont maintenant à plus de 9 semaines sans dessins finis, ce qui pousse le reste de mon processus de rénovation. Il n'a pas communiqué son premier retard et m'a donné à plusieurs reprises de fausses attentes sur la livraison des plans. Je le crois surchargé ou éprouvant des problèmes personnels. Je n'ai pas vraiment d'autre raisonnement pour ces échecs répétés. Il était originalement appelé à soumissionner en tant qu'entrepreneur général après la complétion des plans, mais l'expérience des plans m'a donné un goût amer et ça ne sera donc pas le cas.
