Company description
Lexicon Design Build Corporation focuses on custom homes construction, additions and extensions. We also handle garden suites or Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs). Our sister company was established in 1947 and since then we have undertaken almost all types of homes renovations, remodeling, new construction and second storey addition on top of bungalows.
Lexicon was established to undertake new constructions of residential properties and occassionally commercial.
The company is managed by Ram Sharma who is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA in finance and Marketing. He has many years experience managing large corporations overseas noteably in Singapore, BanglaDesh and India. In canada since 1995, he was project manager for a Mechanical contractor handling ICI projects. After fuve years experience he setup his own Mechanical contracting company and within a short span of time grew to a medium size corporation. For the pas ten years he has concentrated in residential and small commercial projects.
