Makaan is a design and renovation firm that provides a wide range of services including indoor renovations such as; bathroom, kitchen, basements, to outdoor decking and landscaping. Makaan is based in Niagara Falls and is providing services at Niagara region.

No matter how big or small is the job, our Goal is to provide High Quality services and add unique design elements to bring in individuality to your home, at an affordable cost. We prioritize in developing a long lasting and a respectful relationship with our customers. We understand that renovations can be stressful, and we pay special attention to minimize any disruptions by providing support and guidance throughout the renovation process.

We understand that many people have a desire to live in their homes as long as possible but may require some assistance to stay independent, so we also provide Aging in Place (AIP) services to help make their homes safe and comfortable. Everybody is an individual. Asif Ahmed is CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) designer who looks at specific needs required to build a plan around the home accordingly. From Ramps, to standing aids, and bath safety facility.
