I wanted to write a good review but my experience with Jason (terrassement Pepina) wasn’t good at all. He’s friendly but doesn’t deliver and communicates very poorly. It took almost a month to put a fence up between me and my neighbor. On my side, the door has stopped functioning after about 6 weeks. I asked him to come and fix it. I had to call him so many times, he basically stop answering any of my calls. I have to redo the work this spring. Unfortunately I would never recommend him to anyone. I feel I have been completely ripped off.

Jason and his team created a beautiful slab poolside patio and walkway for our backyard. From the very beginning, Jason was incredibly patient with us as we navigated this large project. He was very knowledgeable and honest about expectations. His communication was above and beyond. He was available and followed up with answers to any questions we had in a very timely manner. The project went very smoothly. If there was a concern, Jason was available for discussion and support. If there were any changes wanted, they did it for us and I really appreciate that they understood our vision and desires. He made sure to always come and check the quality of work after each step, without ever being asked. I would absolutely recommend Terrassement Pepina.

Généralement bon travail mais l'entrepreneur a endommagé le revêtement métallique et deux gouttières. Aussi 2 problèmes de qualité où la pente du pavé-uni est négative donc l'eau coule vers le mur de fondation, enfin un travail de crépis n'a pas été fait du tout. Jason a promis de corriger les endroit mal fait et réparer le revêtement métallique mais après que j'ai tout payé il n'a pas honoré son rendez-vous et sa parole et ne répond plus. Les travailleurs du sous-traitant jettent leur cigarettes sur le gazon et l'entrée de la maison.
