La communication avant le jour-j a été fluide, professionnelle, courtoise, informative. Le jour du travail, l’équipe est arrivée un peu avant l’heure de début. J’ai eu l’opportunité de leur parler un peu, confirmer le scope du projet et poser quelques questions. Le contremaitre m’a donné un petit échantillon des matériaux utilisés pour le projet. Il m’a aussi envoyé quelques photos prises au fur et à mesure le long du projet. Ils ont fait le tout dans un temps record et ont bien nettoyé mon terrain avant de partir. Je suis très satisfait des résultats!

The representative met me in person and explained everything regarding work, materials and price. He answered all my questions . The date that he promised that work will be done was respected even more in advance . He called day before and informed me that the crew will be working next day. After they finished the roof everything was clean . Really good job guys . Thank you.
