The company was found in 2012, underwent a restructuring in 2016 and was renamed to Restoretech Ltd. Our owner has over 11 years of experience in the industry and has helped restorations on a large variety of projects and properties.Locally-owned, our company and technicians look after and complete each and every job in timely mannered with excellent quality and workmanship, whether the job is big or small. I do most of the work myself and only subcontract necessary portions to satisfy permit obligations. I've been involved in different aspects of construction since 1988, beginning my career in my birth province of Nova Scotia. This has given me extensive knowledge in many aspects of new construction and renovations. My specialties included Kitchen Renos, Bathrooms Renos, Basement Renos, Flooring, Trim and Mouldings, Painting, Drywall, Plumbing, and Decks. My quotes (Not Estimates) are always in a written detailed, legally binding, service contract form. Initial deposits range from 25%-50% depending on your project. I dedicate 100% of my time to your project until it is finished. I do not skip around from project to project dragging out your timeline like a lot of other renovators. Free consultations and quotes are also offered. These are personal visits to your home to discuss your renovation plans, timeline expectations and to answer any questions you may have about the process.
