With 23 years experience, Inspired Renos Inc. has the ability and know how of home renovations and build. We have all licensed trades, engineers and architects. So if you're planning a build, addition or main floor design, we can be there from start to finish. Understanding budget is the first thing a home owner must know. At Inspired Renos Inc., we believe that before proceeding with any project, knowing the clients budget is crucial. Many times, homeowners approach designers or architects for design drawings without any consultation on building costs. These designs can cost thousands in fees. Once finished, the client submits these drawings to a contractor for pricing, and only then does the client realize the sheer cost of their project. If the client cannot afford to do the project, the money is then wasted. So we prefer to know the budget, discuss what labor and materials cost up front and then design something they like according to their budget and then price. This is much more realistic and safer. Once an agreement is confirmed, a contract is signed and a deposit is required. To keep the project moving forward with no delays, all materials should be choosen and purchased before start date.
