My quotes (Not Estimates) are always in a written detailed, legally binding, service contract form. Initial deposits range from 25%-50% depending on your project. I dedicate 100% of my time to your project until it is finished. I do not skip around from project to project dragging out your timeline like a lot of other renovators. These are personal visits to your home to discuss your renovation plans, timeline expectations and to answer any questions you may have about the process.
