My quotes (Not Estimates) are always in a written detailed, legally binding, service contract form. Initial deposits range from 25%-50% depending on your project. I dedicate 100% of my time to your project until it is finished. I do not skip around from project to project dragging out your timeline like a lot of other renovators.
