La Couverte, construction communautaire est une coopérative de solidarité à but non lucratif cherchant à démocratiser la construction. Les travailleurs et les utilisateurs peuvent tous deux être membres, en plus des fournisseurs et de toute autre personne intéressée par notre mission.
Nous nous spécialisons dans le travail du bois et des toitures de tôle, particulièrement le patrimoine bâti. Nous travaillons aussi avec des matériaux écologiques le plus possible. Nous ne faisons que de la rénovation pour l'instant, et nous cherchons à réutiliser les matériaux et diminuer au maximum notre impact écologique.
Tous les profits sont réinvestis dans la coopérative et la communauté.
